The XEITU project aims to achieve changes at three levels

• Changes in the beneficiaries: activation and improvement of their living conditions and welfare.
• Changes at the institutional level: Changes in the paradigm for the provision of support to the most vulnerable people: regulatory improvements and a more flexible, simplified and efficient management.
• Improved social cohesion and resilience: increased local employment opportunities and reduction of poverty and social exclusion in the communities involved.
