INNOVATIVE PRINCIPLES
- Agile response and early intervention, through immediate detection of needs and provision of solutions and fine segmentation. Early responses will be prioritized because they are more efficient (obtaining better results at lower cost). The aim is to work with all members of the family, focusing not only on the beneficiary but also on his or her family environment (taking into account education or conciliation).
- Co-production in the community. Engagement of participants in the design of their own inclusion plan with the active support of the local community, including economic and social actors.
- Incorporation of technology and digitization at the core of the response. This will be based on an online platform that will coordinate professionals from different institutions as well as the App to participants that will facilitate interactive services and interactive connections between service providers and beneficiaries and among beneficiaries themselves for mutual support.
- Territorial and micro territorial approach. Involvement of local associations, community and business fabric, as well as all public services beyond social and labor services.
- Integration and coordination of services, with the joint management of employment services and social services as the core (mixed teams). It will be carried out through the involvement of the three employment offices and the community social services of the three territories, as well as with Red Cross but also with other service providers.
- Demand-driven. The aim is for participants to receive what they really need, not just what is available. In practice, this will be achieved through better coordination and preferential access to existing services.
